I had my house treated with pest control three months ago. They told me that I had another service right that I could use within four months. I used this right again 13 days ago and asked the technician who came to apply a gel treatment for both cockroaches and ants. He said that the gel he would use was effective for both and that he would apply it throughout the entire house.
Thirteen days have passed, and suddenly my house has been overrun by ants. They especially started coming out from the TV unit. When I checked, I saw that no gel had been applied to that area. I informed them about the situation, but they did not take any interest at all.

I was charged 367 AED more than the official price list. When I questioned the overcharge, they explained it by saying their accountant was on holiday. It’s now the second week of promised refunds, yet no money has been returned. On top of that, after every visit I have to chase them myself for the service report. Shockingly poor customer support.
UPDATE: On the same day, the General Manager called me personally and explained the reason for the delay it was related to the payment made via a link. The refund has now been issued to me via bank transfer. I am satisfied with the work carried out by the technicians themselves, and I appreciate the General Manager’s attention and professionalism. Thank you for resolving the issue. It is just unfortunate that the excellent work of the specialists and such high-level involvement was diminished by the poor customer support experience.

One of the best pest control services I’ve take’. Had taken a year and half ago and didn’t see a single roach for that duration. Took it again recently and Issac and Paul did a great job. Literally moved all the kitchen items, washing machine dishwasher fridge and the sofa etc.

So we spotted rats in our garden due to a massive landscaping project in the area. Proshield Pest Control sent Team A and they placed black boxes in our garden. After a few days they came to follow up and showed us how the rats had ate all the medicine that they had placed. They also answered all the questions that we had! Super grateful. We have also used this company for cockroach and mosquito issues. Highly recommended.

Very disappointing with all the good reviews i saw expected a better service! the person who took my call refused to offer any options, i asked if we can do the service on 2 batches as i have to lock my cats separately, she suggested the only way to do it is “Take your Cats out of the house”!!! they definitely will loose many animal parents if they keep that girl taking calls.

I’ve bought hundreds of things online and have had both good and bad experiences—but this was by far the worst. From poor packaging to defective product, to rude support, to delays in return—all of it was a nightmare. I regret every second I interacted with this business.

This app was hyped all over social media, and I fell for it. It barely works. The workout plans are copied and pasted, the progress tracker doesn’t save properly, and the premium content is full of broken links. I emailed support three times asking for a refund — crickets. They clearly spent more money on marketing than actually developing the app. It's not just disappointing — it’s fraudulent.

I trusted this company to help manage my savings, and they lost 30% of my investment in three months with no explanation. I asked for documentation and got vague emails. When I insisted on a call, they dodged me repeatedly. I now have to go through the painful process of recovering funds through legal means. They are unlicensed scammers parading as professionals. Went in for a basic trim. Left looking like someone attacked me with hedge clippers. I specifically asked for a 1-inch trim, and the stylist chopped off nearly half my hair, gave me uneven bangs, and even nicked my scalp with the scissors. I was in shock. When I complained, the manager shrugged and said, “It’ll grow back.” No refund. No apology. Not even a decent response. Never again.

We entrusted this daycare with our 2-year-old. Huge mistake. Our child came home with bruises, and no one could explain how it happened. They claimed he “fell” but didn’t document it, and there were no witnesses. They refused to let us see the security footage. We pulled him out immediately and filed a report. This place is dangerous, disorganized, and completely lacking in transparency.

Our apartment had a leaking roof, broken appliances, and pest issues. We reported it repeatedly and got no response. The landlord ignored calls, emails, and even written complaints. We had to pay for basic repairs out of pocket and were still threatened with eviction for withholding rent. Horrible experience. I wouldn’t wish this living situation on anyone.
